  • We recommend reserving your date as soon as your venue is confirmed. Most weddings book 6–12 months in advance, while corporate and private events may have more flexibility based on availability

  • A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to officially secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before your celebration.

  • Perfect Soora is based in Chicago and proudly serves the surrounding suburbs. Travel beyond our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.

  • For the best guest experience, we recommend approximately a 10' × 10' setup area with access to a standard power outlet. If your venue has unique space requirements, we'll gladly work with you to find the best setup.

  • Yes. We handle delivery, setup, testing, and teardown so everything is ready before your guests arrive and removed after your celebration

  • Absolutely. Every collection includes a professional attendant to ensure everything runs smoothly and your guests have an exceptional experience.

  • Yes. From photo overlays and welcome screens to premium backdrops and branded details, every collection can be personalized to reflect your celebration.

  • Digital galleries are delivered shortly after your event, while edited content and keepsakes are delivered according to your selected collection. We'll provide an estimated delivery timeline before your event.

  • Absolutely. If our collections don't perfectly fit your celebration, we'd be happy to create a custom proposal tailored to your event

  • Additional coverage may be added based on availability. If you'd like extra time during your celebration, simply let your attendant know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
